Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate should having minimum 2 year of experience
- End to End recruitment-Screening, shortlist relevant candidates and take interview
- Evaluvating Candidate based on RFP (NHAI projects)
- Posting job requirements on various job portals
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidates
- Provide shortlisted qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordination for the interview schedules
- Assisting the HR generalist team in the joining process
